Presented by Peoples Bank, the Lynden Farmers Day Parade has for over 118 years annually brought together thousands of visitors, residents of Lynden, and friends and neighbors from the surrounding areas, on the first Saturday in June for a morning of honoring and celebrating those folks in the agriculture industry, business community, as well as numerous community organizations, which are a part of the foundation Lynden has and continues to be built upon.
The Farmers Day Parade showcases the farm equipment of the past, present and in some cases, the future, along with decorated floats, high school marching bands, kids on bikes, scout troops, and 4-H Clubs, cars, trucks and sometimes even boats, nicely mixed with everything in between, in a family-oriented, FREE-to-attend event!
